Luther Bloomington Hyundai responded

Bloomington Hyundai gave this customer a loaner vehicle while we fixed the customers car. The customer damaged the vehicle and now has to be assessed for frame damage. Instead of getting the damage fixed, the customer choose to drive the loaner vehicle to Indiana, where he lost the key to the vehicle in a lake. Furthermore, the customer decided not to pay tolls in Illinois and also got a speeding ticket in Wisconsin. When the vehicle was finally returned to our service dept, there was hail damage on the car, and the customer refused to file a claim for the damage. Yes, he was not allowed into the lounge area so he would not create a scene. Our loaner agreement clearly states not to leave Minnesota or Wisconsin. Our loaner agreement clearly states that the customer is responsible for any damage just like when you rent a vehicle. We did our best to be patient with Mr. Suresh but unfortunately, he should take responsibility for his actions. Lastly, most of the employees tagged in this post were not involved whatsoever, why give people a 1 Star when you had zero interaction with those employees?!
