Dead battery cost reduced Frigid temps in Mn. My battery died in the bay after service and 10 minutes before closing time when service personnel were already gone. Came back th Frigid temps in Mn. My battery died in the bay after service and 10 minutes before closing time when service personnel were already gone. Came back the next day to have it replaced and because I needed to return a second day, the labor charges were eliminated. Appreciate that! Good service recovery. More

Slow!!!!! I had a coupon for an oil change and after being told that the coupon wouldn’t work for my car, I was also told there were two recalls on my car(which I had a coupon for an oil change and after being told that the coupon wouldn’t work for my car, I was also told there were two recalls on my car(which I appreciated). I was told that it would take about 2 hours and I was finally called too get the car after 3 and a half hours of sitting and waiting at the dealership. I do appreciate getting the recalls done, but I definitely could have gotten the oil changed for cheaper and quicker somewhere else! More
