Great Service...again Had the G80 in for 15000 mile service check. Great experience. No issues and service consultant took care of everything from start to finish. Car was ready ahead of promised time. I will be back soon for oil change. More

Luther did not do all services I paid for a “$99” special which listed twelve or so services to be performed. All of the services were not completed, so I paid $99 for an oil change I paid for a “$99” special which listed twelve or so services to be performed. All of the services were not completed, so I paid $99 for an oil change. The vehicle was to be cleaned inside and out, when picking the vehicle the floor was not vacuumed as listed on the special. As best I could tell the tires were not rotated. Checking the lug nuts on the tires, they were still dirty, you would think they would be cleaning if they had been removed. Of the other services listed, topping off all fuels, the windshield fuel was only a quarter filled. And as for the brake and transmission fuel, who knows? More

Robots following procrdures I had to wait 90 minutes for an oil change. I was told that the oil change went well, but my rear tires were thin on tread. I was asked about puttin I had to wait 90 minutes for an oil change. I was told that the oil change went well, but my rear tires were thin on tread. I was asked about putting on new tires so I agreed. I WAS NOT TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 90 MINUTES. That made my entire stau at the shop three hours long. This was after 40 hours without sleep because of weather delays at O'Hare airport. Not happy. Doubt I will use your shop again. Cheers. More

first bad experience but turned out excellent I was going to give 1 star because My first experience with Luther Bloomington was terrible.
