My last 2 service visits were terrible. I had to call multiple times to get updates. And the issue I needed fixed during 1st visit was not fixed until 2nd visit. More

I had to go back to the dealership four times for the same issue. Employees were nice but there was not effort put into being proactive and updating of the status of the repair during any of the visits. same issue.
