Great Customer Service This was the second Mazda dealership I went to. I had a wonderful experience here from when I walked in the door, someone attended to me and got me li This was the second Mazda dealership I went to. I had a wonderful experience here from when I walked in the door, someone attended to me and got me linked up with Dave quickly. I came looking for a specific model and was able do a long test drive of the cx-5 on different terrain and speeds. Dave answered all my questions and concerns during the test drive and spoke about his experience with his own cx-5. When we were discussing financing options, he wasn't pushy but gave me more than enough information to make a good decision. He put together quotes, copied warranty information for me, explained the different parts of the colonial maintenance program. I left feeling I got all the questions I needed. I originally had wanted to get a technician to come look at the vehicle and they were accommodating with working on that and telling me how it could work. I ended up not having the vehicle inspected since I was purchasing a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) with low mile-age and not accidents, via the car-fax. I ended up contacting the dealership to make the purchase and they prepared it ahead of time with a nice detailing. They found me a better rate through the dealership than my credit union and it was all ready to be completed once I arrived to pick up. I really enjoyed my time learning about the vehicle and I'm happy I visited the colonial Mazda dealership. More

Dave handled everything with me over the phone from everything from my trade in to letting me know about my approval for financing. He far exceeded my expectations in every area. He was very personable, thorough and knowledgeable. He made the whole process so easy and stress free, I always knew what was going on and nothing was unclear or overlooked. He even took the time to sit with me after all the paperwork was done to show me around my new car and teach me how to use some of the features. Jay dealt with the financial side of things and I have nothing but great things to say about him too! He was very thorough and explained everything in full detail. He offered his personal thoughts as to what was the best coverage and took the time to make sure I understood and answered all of my questions. I was in and out of this dealership in an hour and a half without any hiccups. Everything went smoothly and it was a really positive experience. Everyone here is really genuine and a pleasure to do business with. 10/10 would recommend. More
