We have just started getting our car serviced at Team VW this past year and are so glad we did! This last couple of visits have been disappointing and I don't think it is necessarily the guys at Team VW. this past year and are so glad we did! This last couple of visits have been disappointing and I don't think it is necessarily the guys at Team VW. The radio we have spent several thousand dollars on is still not working as it should. It is very time consuming to even get it to connect and you just cross your fingers that it will work for the whole trip. There should be a solution, and I know they have tried but it is still an irritating inconvenience. I know the electronics can be difficult but still think the information center could be working better for us and VW should be trying harder. I would buy a new VW from Dave Brown every time and like knowing that we are working with him to keep our car in top running shape, he has even taught us a couple of things about the car we have driven for over 7 years. More
