I met Jeff Chaffe to start off the process. Had to tell him multiple times I was looking for a vehicle to fit my 3 children. Was put in a van that was already sold, and then another. Okay, things happen. D him multiple times I was looking for a vehicle to fit my 3 children. Was put in a van that was already sold, and then another. Okay, things happen. During this process of waiting to test drive, as I was told to go out to the vehicle and wait. Another salesman came up and basically pushed me out of the vehicle and told me I didn't need it as much as the people he was showing it to because they had more kids. Hmm... okay. Unbeknownst to him as well, the vehicle was already sold. I put a hold down on another vehicle that wasn't on the lot yet, and waited 2 weeks to see it. Was asked to come asap because many other people wanted it. Had body damage, needed new tires, brakes and rotors. Was told they'd take $1k off asking price because of it. Then, when I get up there, Jeff tells me well we had to do more work we weren't going to do, just do you, so taking the $1k off isn't possible. Ok, it's a nice vehicle I guess I will take the hit because I haven't been able to find what I've wanted elsewhere. They sell too quick. When we did the deal, I left and then was told Friday I could come up and finalize everything, but that the dealership closes at 5 so, of I didn't get up there, I wouldn't be able to get it. I am in Jackson. 40+ minute drive and I get out of work at 330. I hurry and get up there, they don't close at 5 and Jeff isn't there, and you didn't close at 5. He doesn't tell me he's not going to be there, and I'm transferred to someone who doesn't know much of anything other than where to have me sign. I go over to "run the numbers" with the Business Manager Josh and he doesn't know what's going on. Tells me I need a pay stub, then ope no you don't direct deposit. Then tells me I'm going thru CP/TRUE Community CU, when Jeff told me Case. Then, Josh says oh yep they rate matched so, that's why you're going thru CP. Basically, I should've just been more patient and went elsewhere. More

I purchased a car on 3/21 and on 3/22 the engine light went on. I contacted Tom to let him know and the next day the car was making a whiny sound under the hood and on the the 3rd day the transmission was went on. I contacted Tom to let him know and the next day the car was making a whiny sound under the hood and on the the 3rd day the transmission was not shifting correctly. This situation has left me without a vehicle for week. Im very upset that a car was on the lot to be sold when it doesn’t even run correctly! My service man Tom has done all he can to help me and picked me up for appointments I had to get to and also offered to take me to the airport as I was left without a car for my trip. I’ve purchased a car previously with Sundance but with this purchase I am completely unsatisfied with my purchase and want this issue to be addressed by upper Management. This shouldn’t had happened! More
