The staff was great then to finish the day I met Dave Chadwick in financing super nice guy and even though there are a lot of papers to sign he explain everything and has a wonderful personality (Funny) and since it has been awhile that I gone through this process Suntrup Kia treated me so well this my 3rd car and I am a loyal customer and I never gotten bad service there. Suntrup had a great reputation, we had the pleasure of meeting Dan Mann who was awesome from start to finish. Very professional & patient with us while driving 3 different Sorentos. He even pulled one of them off the show room for us to drive. In the end - they didn't have the color that we wanted, So, Dan and his team were able to get the car from another dealership within an hour. It was a pleasant experience in a no pressure environment. We drove away signed sealed delivered, the same day.
