From start to finish, Scott Seifried, Dave Chadwick, and Shannon McGuire went out of their way to make not only myself, but my 6 year old son feel comfortable and excited. Car-buying should be an exciting process, and they made it exactly that for us! Thank you all for working on this and helping me get a car that is perfect for myself and my son. Kudos for an easy car buying experience I normally dread the car buying experience, because it usually involves haggling and pressure to buy leaving me very frustrated. Not today. I have to compliment the whole staff at Suntrup Kia South beginning with Kristen Bready, who responded to my initial online inquiry, made my appointment and followed up with email reminders. When I arrived, I was greeted and immediately taken to meet the sales manager, Mike Parsons, and the sales rep, Jason Redman. Jason was very professional and friendly while showing me the car I had found online. He took me for a test drive and explained the features of the car and the pricing structure. We discussed the difference between buying the used 2015 Kia Soul versus a new 2016, and I was never pressured either way (which I greatly appreciated). He and Mike worked with me on the trade-in on my car, and then Jason introduced me to the business manager, David Chadwick for the final financing arrangements, Once again, I was working with someone who was very professional, personable, and who was sensitive to what I needed in order to finalize the purchase. I know the dealership was busy that day, but I was treated as though I was their only customer. That's a real talent and shows the culture of the company as well as the individuals involved. More

Jeff Benne made the experience of purchasing a car painless, informative and fun. Great attention to detail, not pushy, and seemed to go the extra mile (unintentional pun) making me feel special. Dave Chadwick in finance also made the experience pleasant. He thoroughly explained every aspect of each item I signed and helped me make some good decisions. He was very patient explaining (and re-explaining) each thing I didn't understand. I will tout this dealership to all who will listen and refer anyone that mentions they are looking for a vehicle.
