Service I like most everything about this dealership, and have had vehicles serviced there on many occasion. The only recommendation that I have (and have commented on a couple of times before), is that when someone spends that kind of money at the dealership, there is one very small gesture that provides huge bang for the buck - A CAR WASH. This has very little cost to the dealer, and is hugely appreciated by the customer. I recently took my Ford Five Hundred to a dealer in Chicago to have a key made for $100........they washed it. I just paid $600 for service at this location, and got a dirty car back. More

Great Service on my F150 I took my F150 in for an oil change and service and received great customer service! Once they determined the problem with my truck they promptly call I took my F150 in for an oil change and service and received great customer service! I had a very pleasant experience dring my recent visit to North Country Ford Lincoln. The problem with my vechicle was diagonosed quickly and repaired correctly. Dave was very helpful and answered all my questions. The service was completed promptly (as much as was possible since a part had to be ordered). I also appreciate the car being washed. Dave as always did a great job taking care of the issues I was having with my F 150. Setting up the appointment and scheduling was easy, and the shop did a great job of taking care of the issue as well as I was having with my F 150. I have dealt with Dave in the past and he has always taken care of any issues that arise. Although I don't like to ever have service on my vehicles, and may not always be in the best mood when I take them in, when I go to North Country and deal with Dave I get great service and no hassles. Difficult Diagnosis because the problem was not consistent. Finally had Ken Rupert in the car with me and the clanking noise revealed itself, much to our amazement. Brent did an outstanding job updating me on the progress they were making. Car rental (Loaner) was well handled by the young man that got me out the door. I wish I could remember his name. Dave is a great customer relations guy and should be held in high esteem by your management as well as the others I have mentioned. More

Excellent service from Dave and the staff. Dave kept me informed of the progress - what the technician found, what my options were, how long it would take, and the estimated cost.
