Stopped in to look at used cars, talked with Matt. Came back 3 months later and a different salesman was on the lot. He asked if we had talked with anyone before. My wife remembered Matt and salesman immed back 3 months later and a different salesman was on the lot. He asked if we had talked with anyone before. My wife remembered Matt and salesman immediately called Matt and had him come and deal with us. We bought our car that day. I was impressed with the salesman's integrity. Regretfully I do not remember his name. More

I have bought several vehicals from North Country Ford over the last few years. While it is convienent for me for service, I have ALWAYS been more than satisfied witht the service I have received. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and have performed the repairs/service to my satisfaction THE FIRST TIME. The most recent visit was for a replacement of the drivers mirror on my 2010 F150 and for a 60,000 mile checkup/service. I dropped off the truck at 8am and then discovered my ride could not pick me up. North Country Ford has a shuttle service and it was no problem giving me a ride to my work in New Brighton. Thanks North Country, I appreciated that ride. I have a several Ford dealerships close by, but I aways go back to North Country Ford because of the positive experiences I have had with them. More

Took my 2003 F150 in for rear brakes & an oil change. When asked the estimate of time was 1 1/2 hrs. to 2 hrs. .. ended up taking 2 hrs. 45 mins. I felt this was a little excessive as all that it they did was change parts..no resurfacing of the rotors. Also felt the price was on the high side as a friend just had this same work done at a different dealership for $60 less ( Also on a Ford F150). The dealership is clean and well organized. Enjoyed the free popcorn and coffee was available. Friendly & courteous staff. More

Dave Christopher was great. He did everything he could to get my car in for service and got me a loaner while my car was being serviced. From the time I walked into the Service Area everyone was very friendly and helpful, answering my questions and concerns about my car. I was given a loaner car so my car could be worked on and David kept my very friendly and helpful, answering my questions and concerns about my car. I was given a loaner car so my car could be worked on and David kept my husband and I updated on what was happening with our car during the day. When leaving David made sure that all my questions were answered and that I can contact him if I have any other concerns regarding the car. More

Dave Christopher was terrific. He did absolutely anything he could to help me and my family stay on our vacation plans while having a service issue come up last minute. I brought my Mercury Milan in to have a whine in one of the wheels checked. Dave actually figured out the problem in about 10 seconds. Cuffed tire. I was recently forced off the road and narrowly avoided an accident. I hit a vertical curb straight on with my left front tire. The Service Writer Dave Christopher got my car in right away, and had it ch an accident. I hit a vertical curb straight on with my left front tire. The Service Writer Dave Christopher got my car in right away, and had it checked out. Dave called me a few hours later and reported what they found, and asked how I wanted to proceed. Luckily there was no real damage, but I decided to have it aligned at 53000 miles. They also found and repaired an annoying rattle which turned out to be my sway bar end links, and fixed two burned out bulbs at my request. The total bill (off warranty by the way,) was $326.00 My car was ready at the time promised, and drives as good as new again. I was not pressured with any "extra" service offers, and felt like my interests were foremost in their minds. Would I recommend North Country Ford to anyone looking for a Ford product? Yes I would.
