Waited almost three hours for an oil change. No since of urgency and terrible customer service. I called a week ahead for another issue and was advised my car could not be looked until a month from the init urgency and terrible customer service. It’s absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful to have someone wait almost three hours for an oil change. Went Maus Nissan in Tampa and was taken care of within an hour. This is the Nissan dealership I will go to for now on and I will never come back here. You should model your service shop like Maus Nissan. More
