I set up a purchase and trade for a Saturday with a 4 hour away trip with $500 down. I was told “everything” was taken care of, was so excited! Then 2 hours into my trip I call the finance team to get hour away trip with $500 down. I was told “everything” was taken care of, was so excited! Then 2 hours into my trip I call the finance team to get the paper work going. He called me back and said...sorry the vehicle is not ready. What???? Seriously. Drove there anyway to make a deal, nope! The car was a mess and the 4wd was broken, oops!? They tried to be polite and the deal fell through, worse problem?? Told them call me back to see if we could make something happen after it was fixed, no call....worse dealership experience I have ever had. Sorry Darren, Mo, Dante, and DJ I am disappointed. This dealership has poor communication and only concerned about making a “deal”. More

Some of the worst service I’ve ever had. I came here almost everyday for a week and was here for 4 hours each times because the people here don’t have time management. I even came here and the sales per almost everyday for a week and was here for 4 hours each times because the people here don’t have time management. I even came here and the sales person was helping another person the same time as myself causing even longer wait times. The day i finally bought my car a service light came on. That was on a Friday so i wasn’t able to bring it in to get it fixed until Monday. Then they had it for a week before they even figured out what was wrong with it. Then another two day until i could pick it up. They had to bring it to gateway to get it serviced. When i arrived on the day they told me to pick up it was about 3:30( i was told i could pick up anytime after 11am). I went to reception And she was too focused on leaving than to help me. The next person i spoke to didn’t even know where my car was. I was stuck waiting 30 minutes because the car was still at gateway and they had to send people to pick it up. Worst experience ever. I’ll never come back and will never recommend to absolutely anyone ever. More

One fine evening, I went with a friend to shop a car I walked in thinking I was dealing with a responsible genuine company, but its staffs are vague. One fine evening, I went with a friend to shop a car, I had toyota RAV4 in mind but I was short changed to a different model which was ok. We signed the deal and left with the car not knowing that it had a defective onstar and no one among them told me. The next day after I noted this, I visited with them and I was told the manager was busy and that i could not meet him, I was sent to the service area. I secured an appointment which was 2 days later @ 3 pm. The final day, I went for the appointment, and I arrived on time for my appointment, but no one heeded or even gave me attention, it took me 2 hours for it to be checked only to be told," we deal with toyota on daily basis, we don"t know what is going on with your car, take this onstar contact number and call them", dissatisfied, I picked the number and called them, I was told that it had hardware malfunction on the onstar. I came back to the reception and inquired for the manager, but was again told that they were all busy, the 5th day, I was lucky to find one of the managers and after explaining everything, he asked for the car key and at one point he tried connect to onstar company but was told the same hardware malfunction, he then asked me to make an appointment with the service area, even though, I was there the day before, I heeded all he said. I walked to the service, talked to a gentleman and explained to him that my car was checked the day before and the outcome. He decided to walk with me to the manager, I decided to stand behind several meters, they talked, I don't even know what they agreed. This service guy then came to me and said," we gonna have to disconnect a wire from the rear mirror that connects the onstar, but before that, let me know who is going to settle the expenses". I adamantly said," that does not solve the onstar hardware malfunction, but only silences the voice command that was coming up everytime I turn on the engine". When it dawned on me that no solution was forthcoming, the 7th day, I took a step forward and took the car to gateway Chevy. They checked and figured out that it was a telematic communication interface modl fault, and finally the part was ordered and fixed, the cost was $ 690 which partly was covered by my extended service contract, but I had to pay for $ 250 deductibles even though the car had the issue the first time they sold me. I right away cancelled the service contract of $ 3500 even though it was not easy to convince the finance manager. Also, all this time, I had been inquiring for the 2nd key but until now, I got no answer. I shared the experience to my colleagues in my work place, and to my astonishment, 5 happened to have similar experiences. Conclusion: - You are a customer the ist visit before you sign any agreement where even managers will compete to talk to you. - That extended service contract is a rip off, unless you are buying an old car. - Buy from specific dealer the product they have knowledge of i.e chevy, go to chevy dealer and vice versa. - Corwin toyota, style up. More

Dave Collins did a good job as well talking about price and allowing me to buy at a ok price. Although the Finance guy being trained had a one track mind and that was to convince us to use all their services. We had access to all the money yet he wanted us to finance through them. He really pushed hard for me to buy extended insurance which we politely declined yet he seemed annoyed I would not buy it and continued to push. We told him we had our old plates for this van so just needed to register. I don’t think he heard any of what we told him including the guy training told him this is how it works in ND vs NY where he was from. He was checked out pretty much gave up in fact he left and allowed the other guy to finish paperwork. Why stay if we’re not buying extra stuff. Total of overcharge was $309 Orjer than that rest was good. Wife also found some trash in van. More

Corwin Toyota of Fargo has life long customers now! Ill try to keep it short and sweet and this review is long overdue... I began my search in Oct. 2016 for my dream 2016 4Runner which took me to Monta Ill try to keep it short and sweet and this review is long overdue... I began my search in Oct. 2016 for my dream 2016 4Runner which took me to Montana, until I called Corwin Toyota of Fargo and not only did they match the lowest prince...they did it on a car that had more features!! So me fiance and I made the 5.5 hour journey to Fargo, and upon arrival I was overcome with joy. My Fiance had called ahead and some wonderful people at Corwin took time out of their busy day to make a sign that said "Happy Anniversary Hillary" and put a giant bow on it !! It was so cute!!! I had received such amazing customer service through the whole ordeal that my fiance ended up buying a used truck from them the same day. Fast forward to just a couple months ago, I had told my father who was looking for a new truck about the great service received over at Corwin, so he called them up and asked them to hold a 2018 Toyota Tacoma for him. Im going to be honest.....I was worried. My dad, although only 55, hates everything AND has owned over 53 vehicles. (Yes he has a problem) Nothing ever measures up to his expectations and hes the poster board child for grumpy old man haha! He came back in his shiny new truck and would NOT stop RAVING about the customer service he received. He said by far it was the absolute best experience hes ever had buying a vehicle. Needless to say, they have earned my families business for as long as were in North Dakota!! Thanks guys!!! (and im sorry there were so many people we worked with and it was almost 2 years ago and I cant remember everyones names!) More

Nick(Sales) did an excellent job with the whole process of each step it took. The whole team at Corwin from the manager who sat down and listened to what I had to say. The Financing piece, Vynny delivered a great attitude and is a hard worker.
