Alexander Deraas was so easy to work with, I sent in a pre-approval offer along with the car I was interested in & he had everything ready to go by the time I was off work. His time management is great, a pre-approval offer along with the car I was interested in & he had everything ready to go by the time I was off work. His time management is great, and he is very honest and open as far as payments etc. The managers are very easy to work with, and the process was faster than I expected. Spent a total of about an hour at the dealership and was off in my new car. The finance manager did not pressure me, and was very efficient and knew his stuff! I will be referring all my friends and family to Corwin Toyota and Alexander. More

Corwin Toyota sold me a certified vehicle and then a $2000 service warranty and almost a month later have fixed nothing. I get the run around and sit in the lobby for hours. I'm thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The facilities are top-notch from the windmill and fountain to the playhouse that my kids loved to the beautiful cars indoors. I was grateful for the complimentary refreshments as well. Steve was very honest and very down to earth. He did everything possible to ensure I was able to go home with something far greater than I expected. I love being able to text message and submit documents online. I think this appeals to millennials as we are so used to the quick and simple way of getting things done. Also working 6 to 7 days a week it really made things go so smooth and I was able to maximize my time to get daily essential tasks done. Lastly I was very impressed with my ability to get added protections although the vehicle was sold as is. I felt very secure after my purchase and my monthly payments are super manageable for such a great vehicle. This was overall a wonderful experience and a really good day for me. I work really hard on the job and also with our kids because my partner travels for work and this gave me a lot of motivation to keep doing well and to work even harder.
