Went in on a whim one night because a maroon 2024 Toyota Camry caught my eye and received amazing service from the moment we walked through the door. Unfortunately that car had been spoken for but Eric Joh Camry caught my eye and received amazing service from the moment we walked through the door. Unfortunately that car had been spoken for but Eric Johnson did a great job at working with me and finding/getting me into my dream car with just a little looking around. Luckily the vehicle was in transit and we were able to receive it directly after it had arrived. Eric also did a fantastic job at keeping in touch with us about the vehicle arriving while it was on the way and was great throughout the entire process. Matthew McBride our finance guy, was honest, straightforward and all out super easy to work with along with Dylan Adam, their aftermarket guy. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better staff to work with throughout my financing process. Customer service from every employee we interacted with was amazing. It was a pleasant experience working with Andy Olson and his finance department representative who worked hard at getting me a reasonable finance rate. Andy earned my business by researching the technical questions about the vehicle I was interested in and ultimately purchased. The dealership atmosphere is welcoming and top notch. Many businesses overlook or don't care about providing excellent customer service. The employees at Corwin periodically checked on us offering coffee and ensuring we weren't getting bored. It was well worth the three hour drive to Corwin Toyota of Fargo as opposed to car shopping locally here in Bemidji where our dealership has few selections, cars are over priced and the sales service is lazy. I will definitely be referring other car buyers to Corwin Toyota of Fargo and my family will certainly be going back there for future car purchases. Corwin has a huge selection of new and used vehicles to choose from and their dealership facility interior is scenic, relaxing, and hospitable. Huge thanks to the sales/finance team there. I absolutely love my 2018 Toyota Rav4 XLE AWD! More

like family This was my first NEW truck, it took 52yrs to get it but it was like fate sending me to Corwin, i fell in love with the Tacoma Truck on line and never This was my first NEW truck, it took 52yrs to get it but it was like fate sending me to Corwin, i fell in love with the Tacoma Truck on line and never thought i would own one in less than a week of searching,,for even a used one was almost impossible to find, seem`s Toyota Owners keep hold of their Vehicles longer than the lease is up, all of which took me on a driving trip around town to possibly find this Tacoma pickup i was chasing, My last stop of my day and a phone call after filling out a carsearch website with my info and Truck i wanted was about to pay off, I got a call from Eric Johnson from Corwin oddly enough as i was headed toward where he works, and we hit it off right away, getting paperwork and everything else takes time so we visited and shared some laughs, Sadly the numbers were not on my side and i left that day in my 1998 Dodge Ram i had been driving for 14yrs back home with not much thought anything was going to happen,, 2 days later i get a call from one of the finance managers asking if i was still interested in the Tacoma which i was, as she then quoted me the Monthly lease price which fell exactly where i needed it to be., I scheduled with Eric the next day and we sat down to some new Numbers and it was then that i realized this might actually be for real,, everyone i was introduced to in the dealership was so positive and helpful from getting my first service scheduled to getting some accessories lined up and all before i signed any paperwork,, Now one more important person in this deal was the last man i would have to sit down with and see if everything was legit money wise., and this guy was amazing and one of the most pleasant and genuinely caring man i have had the pleasure of dealing with, besides having my salesman Eric working on my side i was lucky enough to meet this man in charge of the lease and bank`s application, which started looking like doom had come rolling back from a 2year credit we had fixed but found out they didnt feel like playing nice, i sat there as Mr. Baker Khalaf Finance Manager literally worked on my behalf and talked to the Bank himself after hearing my story, that he actually was proud of how my wife and i had brought our credit rating back from disaster to good, talk about having someone who made me feel like family, this team of Salesman and Finance Guru , Eric and Baker had me in this Tacoma and out the door with one of the best feelings a guy can have, and that is people that really showed they cared about the needs and feelings of another human , just buying a vehicle and driving away happier than i have in a very long time. Thanks so much Eric Johnson and Baker Khalaf !!! More

Disappointed Bought a 2017 Toyota Rav4 from Eric on November 17, 2018. We drove from Bismarck to Fargo to make this purchase. On November 19, 2018 i spoke to Eric Bought a 2017 Toyota Rav4 from Eric on November 17, 2018. We drove from Bismarck to Fargo to make this purchase. On November 19, 2018 i spoke to Eric and explained the auto lights were not working, he told me lights would be under the bumper to bumper warranty, as I bought a pre-owned Toyota so it should be covered under the warranty. Took vehicle to Cedric Theel in Bismarck on November 23, 2018, they discovered an autostart was removed from this vehicle and the "the wire" was never reconnected for the auto lights. This was not covered under the warranty. We contacted Eric via phone, who instructed that we have Cedric Thell, sent them the bill and Corwin would pay for the cost to repair this wire. Today, I was contact by Cedric Theel and advised that Eric has now decided to not cover this bill. By the way the amount is $80.00. Couple of things, this was clearly missed in the certified check, as without this wire connected the day time running lights didn't even work and regrettably the Eric is not willing to stick to his words and take care of his customer. I would NOT recommended this salesman or Corwin toyota to anyone! More
