Didn't hold his word I called DAVE DORATO at 930 am on Aug 31 to have him check a 2015 ram 5500 with 84 inch cab to axle truck price out. Told me to come in and he will have all pricing done. I showed up at 3:38pm and no pricing. I told him before I only have ten minutes and he had one shot to make the deal and that's it. I waited 12 minutes and while I was leaving he was talking to someone other salesman. VERY NOT prepared!!!!! I will go to ford and buy a truck. Forth time I tried to spend money and every time it's a circus at this place More

Very Pleased. I went into Joe Cecconi's dealership looking to reduce my payment on a vehicle. I spoke with Dave Dorato and Robert Barba and they explained a progra I went into Joe Cecconi's dealership looking to reduce my payment on a vehicle. I spoke with Dave Dorato and Robert Barba and they explained a program (smart buy) that would help me out. So I ordered a jeep wrangler and the jeep came in in 4 weeks. I was surprised when Bob Barba called me and the jeep was in. Tony Ricco then called me later in the day and said they have the car ready to pick up. Again I was surprised. I went down there to pick up the vehicle and I was in and out in no time. I would recommend if you go in the dealership to talk to Tony RIcco or Dave Dorato and make sure you ask to be introduced to Bob Barba the sales manager. They know what they are doing and I was very pleased. I am a return customer for years and I have brought other people to purchase cars. I recommend this dealership. Great Job... More

I made my feelings known as to how unprofessional it was regarding the lack of communication between sales and service. I did my due diligence in looking at other dealerships and their vehicles. In the end I came back to Cecconi's. Tony Ricco and David Dorato were my immeidate sales persons with Tony Ricco being my main contact. I made a specific request on what kind of truck I wanted. And they came through very quickly. They also came through on keeping my payment where I wanted it which was most important. Overall I was pleased. More
