I would like to express my gratitude to every person I came in contact with at Walter Audi but especially Dave Duarte. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by Dave and he helped me through the process came in contact with at Walter Audi but especially Dave Duarte. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by Dave and he helped me through the process that can sometimes get hectic. Not here. I am a 1st time Audi owner, although I helped my adult niece get a Q5, and I wasn’t dressed to impress per say but they did not care. Dave and the rest of the staff including the floor manager treated me with respect and gave the customer 1st service that sometimes lack at a Luxury dealership. I not once felt pressured but at the same instance felt that Dave was working his due diligence to get me the deal that I was looking for. My deal was a tad more complicated as I had a trade in with some equity as down payment. Dave was so pleasant to deal with and so attentive that he offered to buy us lunch as I had my 4 yr old son was with me. The small things go a long way sometimes. The dealer was a bit busy but Dave and the rest of the staff checked on us constantly and asked if we needed anything. This dealership goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. That’s rare at any dealership. I completely recommend Walter Audi of Riverside and I came over an hour to do business with them and it was completely worth it. If you are ready or just wetting your feet on a Audi come here. You will not regret it. I’ve bought from several different dealers new and used and this might be the best dealership experience I have ever had. Thank you to the ladies that helped me set up the appointment also. Just a great experience all around. Special thanks to Dave for the attention and 1st class experience. Thanks to the sales manager for making the numbers work. Thanks guys and gals!!! More
