Bad experience I bought three trucks from here. 2014 F250 lariat diesel, 2014 limited Dodge ram 2500 diesel with all good experiences. I recently bought a used 2 I bought three trucks from here. 2014 F250 lariat diesel, 2014 limited Dodge ram 2500 diesel with all good experiences. I recently bought a used 2016 dodge 3500 flatbed, diesel truck. I bought on Tuesday morning, the truck was pulling bad to the right side, the dealer assured me he would fix it. I go to pick up the next day and the engine light has turned on, they told me that the def fluid needed to be clear out. I pick up truck, it is still pulling hard to the right, I bring it right back in, they told me they forgot to align it. They keep it another day, I pick up on Thursday, it is pulling hard to the right again. I turn around to drop it right back off. I go to pick it up again Saturday, 5 days after I've purchased the truck. I pick it up today (Saturday 6-22-19)and still pulling to the right and the engine light\def light is back on, they simply did a factory reset take the def go away,Wow, blown away! .They say they might be able to make it straight but my alignment will be out. They recommended for to change the brand new tires on them, or take it to another shop, they would give me 100 credit for another shop to align it, because they're unable to make truck drive straight. I'm a small business owner my self who takes great pride in my business. It's a shame such a big company would handle business like this. I will never buy another truck from them again. More

From price of the new Jeep to the value of Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Dave Fierle. Was about as simple and painless as one could imagine. From price of the new Jeep to the value of trade of my old Jeep Wrangler. Everything was quick and fair, no hassle or pressure and Dave was quick to explain the differences between the models and took the time to go over those based on my needs. He had a chance to upsell me to a more expensive model (Rubicon) but knew it would be more than my needs. I would have no issues referring others to this dealership or returning to buy a new one from them when the time comes. More

Working on a lawsuit against the dealership I'm in the process filing paperwork with the state attorney general and the Better Business Bureau in addition to informing everyone who plans to do b I'm in the process filing paperwork with the state attorney general and the Better Business Bureau in addition to informing everyone who plans to do business with these people. We purchased a new 2016 cab and chassis from Kernersville dodge.We found out it was not the truck that was described to us. We ask them on 3 different occasions if this truck had the 385 hp and 900 ft. Lbs. Of tourqe as this is what we needed to accommodate the weight we are hauling. All three times we were lied to. Once by the internet sales woman and twice by the salesman.The salesman told us that because it had the aisin transmission it atomaticly came with the bigger engine. Not true! Not knowing at the time we set out on our trip. After going up the first mountain pulling our fifth wheel rv we noticed an extreme lack of power as we came to a crawl. At the time we thought something was wrong with the truck only to find out that it was not the engine that we were told it was. In fact, it has the lowest hp and tourqe rating available in the 3500's. So we contacted the dealer to see if there was anything they could do to make this right.They said we could come in and trade for another truck and they would give us 20k less for the truck than we just paid for it 2 weeks ago. I cannot express in words how sickend we are by this. It is a horrible feeling knowing you just spent 65k for a truck that will not fit your needs. Its a more horrible feeling knowing that the dealer was so dishonest in selling us the vehicle knowing that it was not the engine that we ask 3 times for. So for anyone looking to buy a new ram 3500 from Kernersville dodge, make sure you take your diesel mechanic with you so he or she can verify which Cummins engine you are buying. Because the folks at Kernersville will obviously tell you anything Just to make a quick buck. More

be careful of this dealerships lies So this is a long story, I have been dealing with Kernersville dodge for a long time and never had a problem, that being said I bought a 2011 jeep wra So this is a long story, I have been dealing with Kernersville dodge for a long time and never had a problem, that being said I bought a 2011 jeep wrangler from them this January. Right off the get go the check engine light came on and it needed a new catalytic converter, no problem but after the repair the check engine light came on again for the O2 sensors, after 4 attempts to fix this issue they LET me trade it out. I was told they would take care of the loan balance cause in the month I owned it, it was in the shop more than my driveway. This turned out to be a lie, after checking the paperwork they rush you through almost 2000 was rolled over to my new jeep. The 2nd jeep I bought was a 2016 wrangler, the 2nd day I had it less than 24 hours the check engine light came on, this time the torque converter, rocker arms and lifters needed to be replaced, less than 250 miles and the tranny and engine required repairs, this was a Sunday, the very next morning I was at the dealership when they opened asking for them not to turn in the paperwork yet there was something very wrong with the new jeep. I was told they would hold the paperwork till we figured out what was wrong, again another lie. When we went back to the dealership to talk about our options my wife and I were told that since it was the end of the month they had to turn in the loan paperwork to make their quota and we would have to do a Chrysler buy back which would take up to 4 weeks, Dave Fierle was an excellent salesman, he got a manager involved who didn't seem to care at all, I wanted another jeep at the same deal as I had on the previous jeep, I had already lost the 3500 trade from my ram truck and we put 1000 down on jeep #2, not to mention the work hours I lost driving to the dealership every other day trying to sort out this mess, Finally here come Blake Mitchell like a hero promising me that the buy back would go through and that even if he had to cover the difference he would get me in the other jeep that I wanted. 6 WEEKS LATER I was told the buy back wasn't an option and that the other jeep was not an option unless we paid the difference, they made it very clear that me losing money on the deals didn't make a difference because they are a volume dealership, but for them to take a loss to make things right is never going to happen. All they could do is trade it out again, of coarse with me taking another loss. After buying 10 vehicles from this place my wife and I were treated like garbage because we wanted what was fair. Well VOLUME DEALERSHIP YOU LOST A VOLUME CUSTOMER. Don't make promises you cant keep, and Blake still hasn't had the common decency to contact me and explain why he lied. So after all was said and done Crown dodge in Greensboro nc got my business, they were more than happy to help me out. More
