New battery My car didn’t start so I called the service dept. They sent AAA within 15 minutes, AAA jump started the car so I drove straight to Jenkins service dep My car didn’t start so I called the service dept. They sent AAA within 15 minutes, AAA jump started the car so I drove straight to Jenkins service dept. They told me I had a bad cell and needed a new battery. The best news was the battery was covered under warranty so my cost was zero! Thank you! More

No fuss, no stress My first service experience was a good one. I went in for an oil change which took a little over an hour due to others who were ahead of me. But I had My first service experience was a good one. I went in for an oil change which took a little over an hour due to others who were ahead of me. But I had my reading material and spent the time checking emails and reading. I was met with courtesy and professionalism. My car was completely checked and given a clean bill of health and the icing on the cake for me was my free car wash afterwards. Thank you Jenkins! Keep up the good work! More

Excellent Care and service, I brought my car in for an unexpected problem. I was able to get the appt the same day.
