We are 360 miles away and we decided on calling Machens Mitsubishi. I have say right from the begininng I felt I was was being taken care of. First class treatment. The service person Dave Hern went out of his way to make my wife comfortable in dealing with the situation from miles away. Dave, I also deal with customers on a daily basis and my hat is off to you, job well done. You just landed a customer. We have many students from our area that attend Mizzou and I will now be recommending Machens for any new/used car purchase as well as their first rate service dept.
