We were treated with respect and they made sure we had all the answers and information we needed before we purchased a 2017 vehicle. Internet sales manager Patrick Burke and sales representative Dave Kellar could not have been nicer. Mr. Kellar spent a lot of time with us and was not only gracious but extremely knowledgeable. The reality is that for most families, a car purchase is huge financial commitment. I felt like the staff at Beck helped us get a vehicle that was right for our family, as opposed to trying to talk us into something more expensive. We also appreciated that their price offer was very fair, and that they did not do any type of "hard sell" on the extended warranties, which we declined. Paperwork was fast and easy. Finally -- and this is important -- I have been to dealerships that addressed all communication toward the husband while ignoring the wife. That is poor business practice. Mr. Kellar spoke to both of us, and that mattered as of course a major purchase affects each spouse. I would recommend this dealership without reservation to female friends. We are so pleased overall with Beck and we love our new Highlander! More

Looking for a Toyota, this is where you need to be! I purchased 2013 Avalon from another dealer and became unhappy with the service! Cenrtal Indiana and decided to drive the extra miles based on price Beck had for Highlander on the internet...I contacted them and dealt with David Kellar!I was amazed that the price posted on internet was the price I paid ! It was an all around great buying experience and I recently arranged to have all of our service needs moved to Beck Toyota!!We saved thousands on our purchase! I asked him for a referral to a "professional no-hassle" sales person at Beck....someone like Chuck. He referred me to Dave Kellar. Dave exceeded my expectations with his thorough knowledge, his professional approach, and his extra efforts to know what I was looking for in a new Toyota Camry as the FIRST step. He answered all my questions in a straight-forward and honest manner. He was never pushy or cocky. I was especially appreciative of his respect for me a female customer. His guidance through the whole process was EXCELLENT. He was especially good with the business portion of the sale...paperwork. His selection of Steve Rose in the Business Office to finalize the sale was very good. These 3 gentlemen are polite, professional, and a pleasure to do business with.in Beck's Sales, Service, and Finance Departments. This was the BEST experience I have had in the three Toyota purchases since 1997 and the first purchase at Beck. The salesperson was Dave K., he was very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable of the vehicle and its components. We got to the dealership late on a Saturday, around 6:30, and they were closing at 7. Dave K. made it known that he was in no rush at all and wanted to answer all of our questions, even if it was an information only basis. He gave my girlfriend and I plenty of time to talk over our options, and even helped us with some finance information. The finance manager, Derek, was very friendly, and made it a very pleasant experience. He went over all of the paperwork and answered all of our questions. It seemed like a very good group of employees that worked together, late on a Saturday, when we know they all had other things to do after work, they helped us finish the paperwork, the detailers cleaned the car, inside and out, and had us out the door in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new Toyota or a Scion, the dealership is great, from the salespeople, to the finance group, managers, and detailers. More
