I purchased a new 2023 Toyota Tundra from this dealership 1st week in May. The dealership was great with contact prior to purchase. After I went through all the paperwork and paid cash the dealer informed 1st week in May. The dealership was great with contact prior to purchase. After I went through all the paperwork and paid cash the dealer informed me there was only 1 key fob available. I wanted to cancel the purchase right there and then, but the salesperson stated Toyota would be mailing key fobs in 2 months. I gave them 2 months and after 4 calls to this dealer's sales department with no one returning my calls I finally had the opportunity to talk to Mark today who informed me that I probably would not be getting it until the end of the year. This is totally unacceptable. He did tell me I may be able to order one from parts which is even more ridiculous. I do not recommend purchasing a Toyota Tundra from this dealership. My friend purchased one three days ago from another dealership and received 2 key fobs. My dog it always locking the doors on this car so one key fob puts me in a difficult position. More
