David Littlepage was just an absolute pleasure to work with. Dave took the time to get to know me and my family needs. I fell into the unfortunate situation where my vehicle that I purchased from this dea with. Dave took the time to get to know me and my family needs. I fell into the unfortunate situation where my vehicle that I purchased from this dealership was faulty, we felt unsafe to drive despite passing MD inspections. The dealership stood by their word on the 7 day exchange policy and took back the vehicle and helped me get into something that was new, safe and comfortable for the needs of my family. I am a father of 5 girls and one with special needs, we need a big truck to help take her out to appointments and get her the services she needs. Dave and the amazing management team at Koons bent over backwards to layout price options, find a vehicle to meet my financial situation and they did everything they possibly could without compromising their own business to make it work for me. I don’t know of any other company that operates like that and wish there were more. I am so grateful for my purchase and the wonderful service I received at Koons Chevy of White Marsh. Dave, Scott, Chris, Martin, Rich… your names will never depart me because of how much you went the extra mile to relieve me of a bad situation and put me into a even greater one for the safety and security of my own family! I am coming back and I trust your services! More

Honest, transparent, outstanding customer service and a true professional. You won’t find a better person to help you with your car buying experience. It all started with a simple courtesy text from Dave, true professional. You won’t find a better person to help you with your car buying experience. It all started with a simple courtesy text from Dave, asking me if I was interested in a vehicle at his dealership. He was prompt, cordial, and very friendly. He called me when he realized he couldn’t find the keys just to make sure I didn’t arrive at the dealership to find nothing to test drive. I knew he was honest just from that simple interaction. Dave also is a great listener and he took the time to understand my family needs. He tried to fit me in the right price range and made sure all of my questions were fully answered. Nothing about him felt unauthentic. He helped work on the numbers and examined by trade in evaluation and was meticulous with the entire process. I love how he doesn’t cut corners or rushes you into a deal. He has been great. Yesterday, my car check engine light came on and it was unfortunately on a Sunday when the dealership was closed. Dave answered my texts immediately and made me feel at ease. He is incredible and has continue to do all he can to ensure my car buying experience and huge financial investment is something we can stand behind 100%. Koons really sold me over and I can’t thank the team enough for being so great. Including Scott the finance guy who was so great! Thanks again! More
