We were in a serious bind with our wheelchair accessible van, which we cannot be without. This was our first time coming to this dealership and they understood our situation and despite being very busy, the van, which we cannot be without. This was our first time coming to this dealership and they understood our situation and despite being very busy, they squeezed us in, diagnosed our van’s issue and made it so we could drive it safely temporarily until we can get it to our conversion people to address the remainder of issue.
