Service department & Tyler exceed my expectations every visit. Requiring a 25 word minimum review is not ridiculous. I had eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch, Steak & vegetables for dinner. Not a positive experience Came in with engine trouble. First it was covered and I was given a rental car. Then it wasn’t and it cost me $650 just to get my car back. Mechanic l Came in with engine trouble. First it was covered and I was given a rental car. Then it wasn’t and it cost me $650 just to get my car back. Mechanic lost parts I had to pay for and put greasy parts inside my vehicle, which now stinks like gear oil. Service wasn’t easy to get a hold of. My service advisor was always away or busy. Not the dealerships fault my car wasn’t covered by warranty. But given the fact that it wasn’t, there are things they could’ve done to help and they just didn’t. Won’t go back for sales or service. You either value customers or you don’t. More
