He was understanding and completely low-pressure, making the process feel comfortable and relaxed. Even the finance manager impressed me; instead of pushing for an extended warranty, he focused on securing the best deal for me and ended up getting a lower interest rate than we initially agreed upon, even beating my USAA rate! Given the stories I’ve heard about Blue Springs, it’s clear that the real A-team is here at Smithville. I've purchased six cars across different dealerships (including Rob Sight), and I've never had such a remarkable experience as I did here. Highly recommend! More
