Terrible service. Didn't honor their sales order contract I signed a contract for a buy order on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited from Falls Motor City Jeep on August 6th. My sales rep was Dave McGraw. Due to I signed a contract for a buy order on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited from Falls Motor City Jeep on August 6th. My sales rep was Dave McGraw. Due to waiting for the finalization of my Lemon Law case on my current 2015 Jeep Cherokee, I could not take ownership of the Jeep right away. So in order for the Jeep to be taken out off dealer inventory, Dave said I needed to provide a deposit and provided a credit card for the deposit. As the month went by, I kept the sales rep updated of the status. I received word on 9/1 that I could now turn the Jeep in and receive my Lemon Law buyback check. Since I thought I had a vehicle ready to pick up I picked 9/2 to turn in the Jeep. I then emailed the sales rep Dave on 9/2 to inform him I was turning in my Jeep locally and I would be up on Saturday to pick up my Jeep. I did not hear back from Dave. I kind of had a funny feeling there was something going on. So I emailed him again early on 9/3. Got more concerned when I didn’t hear back until later that day. He finally replied that there should be no issues with my picking up the Jeep on Saturday morning 9/5. Okay, good I thought…Then on late Friday afternoon, I received an email from Dave that there was an issue with getting my Jeep. I then called and spoke to him. He tells me they don’t have my jeep any longer. He apologized and said they sold my jeep to another dear. I asked how he could do that since I had signed a contract. He said sorry it was a mistake. I asked what I was going to receive and he said there is nothing they can do. I just have to pick another jeep off the lot. Well there were no others on their lot that I really wanted. This was not a solution to THEIR mistake. I then asked to speak to his Mgr. He was giving me the run around and said no one was available. He then said he will have someone get back to me. Here it is late Friday, I am without a vehicle and expecting to pick up mine on Saturday. I didn’t know what to do. They put me in a terrible spot. About a half hour later, I received a call from Dave who says he spoke with the Mgr and they will try to get a new Jeep for me from another dear. He said there were some within 100 miles of their dealer which he could try to get. Given there have been so many issues with the Cherokees, I wasn’t sure I wanted to get a Jeep with all the miles put on it from another dealer but my options were limited. Dave said the earliest he could get the jeep would be early the next week. I said okay see what you can do and let me know. As of this point, 5 days later, I still have not received a call back nor an email from Dave. What terrible low class service.. I now have had to resort to starting over the process of looking for a new vehicle from different dealers. I don’t know why Dave didn’t come out right away and tell me, hey we are sorry. I made a mistake and we will make it right, but no such thing. Given how bad Jeep/Chrysler has been from the start, going thru 11 service visits and being treated rudely by different dealers, I was probably stupid for even considering a Jeep again after have so many issues and getting a Lemon. Just type in Jeep Cherokee Lemon Law and see how many there are. But I still was willing to give it another chance, as I couldn’t find anything in the same price range that made me want to buy. I have learned and will never buy another Chrysler/Fiat/Jeep product and would never recommend anyone to buy from Falls Jeep. More

2015 Challenger RT Purchase Review I came from Columbus to buy my new Challenger. Main reason was the car was under invoice price by almost $3000. When I got there the price was honored I came from Columbus to buy my new Challenger. Main reason was the car was under invoice price by almost $3000. When I got there the price was honored. Dave and Cole understood that I brought my family with me for the 2 hour drive so they were as prompt as could be, especially considering how busy they were. There were drinks available for all of us. There were no surprises at the finance table. A wonderful visit and I would do business here again as well as recommend the dealership. Dave and Cole were "da man"! More

Two New Purchases in 3 Months... Doing Something Right! I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Mr. Dave McGraw for the purchase of two new vehicles recently. The first was a 2014 Ram 1500 lease, th I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Mr. Dave McGraw for the purchase of two new vehicles recently. The first was a 2014 Ram 1500 lease, the second, being a 2014 Dodge Charger R/T purchase. Dave was responsive, educational, informative, and honest throughout both processes. On our first visit, prior to deciding on the Ram, Dave spent the better part of 5 hours allowing us to test drive four different vehicles, helping us compare and contrast all four, and helping guide us into a purchase decision. Three months later, when the time came to replace another vehicle (two others, actually), with Dave's assistance, the process ran as smooth as silk, resulting in a deal beneficial to both parties. I cannot speak highly enough about Dave's assistance, professionalism, and knowledge. As a pretty experienced buyer over many makes and dealerships, I can say without reservation, that Dave embodies the top notch service that all buyers should have the pleasure of experiencing. The sales management team's performance was also acceptable. On our Ram deal, our trade in vehicle was not what one would deem "desirable". Management, along with Dave, were very upfront, as well as very fair, regarding the trade value. While I did not get the exact dollar amount that I would have wanted, they were very "competitive", so to speak, and we were able to come to an agreement with very little fuss. My second deal was no different. In all honesty, there never would have been a second deal, had it not been for Dave McGraw. As an aside, however, I have to voice my extreme displeasure for, mainly, Chrysler Capital. I caution any buyer to request financing through anyone BUT Chrysler Capital, or arrange your own financing outside of the dealership. Sure, you may forfeit some incentives, but it is well worth it. Chrysler Capital is, bar none, the WORST finance company that I have had the displeasure of dealing with, for a multitude of reasons; everything from downright idiotic representatives, to interest rates that are not competitive, to a litany of outlandish rules, regulations, and fees ($2.75 to make your payment online, folks... every single month). I have long been a fan of any car brand that does not reside under Chrysler's umbrella due to past quality and customer service issues. After a 10+ year personal boycott, I returned, and became another Chrysler product owner, mostly due to my confidence in Mr. McGraw. That said, I have had no problems in 5,000 miles with my Ram, however, I have already experienced transmission issues with my Charger R/T at 1,000 miles. The service staff were responsive to my issue, although I had to continue to drive the vehicle with a CEL/DTC for 7 days, due to no openings in their schedule. As it turns out, the transmission fluid was not filled to spec at the factory, which was a bit disturbing to me. The point is, make sure that dealer prep has been done properly before taking delivery of your new vehicle. This is something that I would expect that the service department would have noticed during PDI and/or lot prep. Otherwise, I have no gripes about my experience with the service department. More

First Time Car Buyer My family has purchased a few cars from Falls CJDR, so when it was time for me to purchase/lease my first by myself I wanted to go to Falls. I like t My family has purchased a few cars from Falls CJDR, so when it was time for me to purchase/lease my first by myself I wanted to go to Falls. I like that they are not pushy or pressuring you to buy most of all. They were very friendly and patient with me, answering all of my questions and concerns. I reached out via email on a Friday about a car in inventory and had a response within an hour. On Saturday I went in for a test drive, and they were very friendly and helped me right away. Listening to budget concerns they showed me another option that was better suited than the car that I actually test drove. However, I wasn't quite ready to make a decision that night, Since the salesman we were working with that night wasn't going to be there on Sunday, he introduced us to one that would so that we could come in and get in contact with someone who knew the situation already. He didn't pressure us to buy or seem upset that evening when we left without buying which was a nice gesture. We came in on Sunday to lease the car and the process was smooth and quick. They explained every step of the way what I was filling out and what was going on in the process (credit check etc.) They even discovered a 'perk' that I received through my workplace that I didn't know about. They were honest every step of the way about cost and laying out the T&Cs of the lease. When it came down to meeting with the finance department, this process was also smooth. They explained what all the add-on's were and didn't push me into feeling like I HAD to include any of them if I didn't want to, but they mad sure that I was well informed none the less. They were also very flexible with my ability to drive home (I live in Columbus now) with the car that day instead of having to come back during the week when I could provide my trade in. Overall this experience, as a first time buyer, was FANTASTIC with Falls. They were on top of everything, patient, friendly and not pushy. I will continue to buy from them in the future, simply because the experience was so comfortable for me. I don't know why I even looked anywhere else :) More

This was not only overlooked o I worked with David McGraw the Internet Sales Manager, and explained specific parameters about the loan that I needed. This was not only overlooked or ignored. I also feel that raising your voice to potential buyer is extremely rude. When I tried to explained that to the Sales Manager, he said well ma'am I was there when he explained that to you. No you weren't because I would have told you no thank you and not wasted nearly 3 days. I can wait to buy this car and I will certainly not recommend you to anyone else. I was only look at this dealership, because you inherited me as a customer from Ray Thomas. Thanks but no thanks. I tried to speak with the General Manager at the time, but he was not available today when I called. More
