Joe went above and beyond as he did on our purchase in 2018 as well. He made the purchase of our new 2024 3500 denali perfect. Gave us a good trade in price for the purchase of our new truck. Made sure everything extra we wanted was completed and answered all our questions. Joe made sure to go through all the updated features on this new denali. He helped me with all the set up, onstar, my electronics. He made our purchase a breeze! As we travel for work and pull a fifthwheel gooseneck converted camper, we needed the hitch all in place with ball and safety chain hookups, when they delivered in 2018 our denali dually was all set up for us and delivered to our location to us a few hrs away. And same on our 2024 purchase, Joe made sure our hitch was in place, kicker system installed and ziebart done. And it was my pleasure this time to meet Joe in person.
