I worked with Dave Novik who couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. What I liked best about Dave was his down-to-earth, no pressure, approach. I am not a person who responds to a "hard sell" on anything and would have walked away (politely) if I felt that Dave was pressuring me. He allowed me time to look carefully at everything on the lot, showed me the features of each car, and took me for a test drive for each vehicle that interested me. After I made my decision, Dave organized everything taking my hectic schedule into account. Everything went easily and smoothly. I have also had the occasion to utilize Garavel's service department which has also been very accommodating. I have recommended Garavel and Dave to others since my experience was so positive. More

Easy process! Was in new car within 24 hours! Went to Garavel Subaru to lease a new Subaru Forester. My father knew exactly what he wanted and was not interested in even test driving the car since Went to Garavel Subaru to lease a new Subaru Forester. I was able to test drive the car for him once we met with Dave, the salesperson. Dave was knowledgeable about the car and enthusiastic about the purchase. The lease deal that was on the website as honored once we pointed it out and by the next afternoon my father left the dealer with the car he wanted and a price he was comfortable with. Dave was extremely patient and not pushy at all. This is our family's first Subaru and we are looking forward to driving it for the next three years. Also, Valerie who greeted us each time we walked in as well as Tom who handled the paperwork and financing/lease was a pleasure to work with. Thank you! More
