I was pointed to Garavel.. I came to Garavel and the experience was so much better from the moment I came through the service center doors rather than sales. I was matched with Dave and the positive experience continued. He was ever so much more about teaching me the merits of the car than the other sales person did at my first dealership, in fact the other completely missed answering a specific question I had on door lock features and I was led to believe the car didn't have the feature. Dave took time to go over features In the car before even moving. He also had me experience the safety feature that keeps you from drifting. I knew so much more about why I wanted the car after our drive. Garavel has a positive vibe and the employees seem genuinely happy to work with one another. They give back to the community and are proud to share this. I liked that Dave took me to the service center as well as we toured. I will be back but hope not for a few years. More
