We were very impressed with Dave's professionalism and customer service. He was very thorough and patient with us, taking the time to let us test drive 3 different cars. Dave never made the experience about him- he was very concerned about getting us the product we wanted. I am thrilled with our new purchase !! The atmosphere of the Toyota Dealership at Maplewood was very friendly from the receptionist, to the service people, to the general managers, to the finance team to the sales people. A small SUV seemed to be the perfect choice and the RAV 4 fit the bill on all fronts! I have never had such a blast buying a car at a dealership.
