I appreciated his quick and knowledgeable response to all of our questions, as well as his skill in finding possible cars for us to try. Once we'd settled on the car we ended up buying, Dave took additional time to walk us through all of the controls and special features. I thoroughly appreciated Dave's calm professionalism throughout the entire several hours we were shopping. At some other places, I've felt rushed by anxious sales people. In sum, it was a great buying experience, and I recommend Maplewood Toyota and Dave Pates without hesitation. More

Incidentally, I asked David what advice he would give to his mom, if she were deciding between two cars was considering. He thought and thought and gave me an answer. Needless to say, I trust David Pates and will send customers to him any chance I get. Also, I really trust the Maplewood Toyota Service Department.
