Sam a very nice young man, pleasant to deal with...chatty...no pressure..even came in on his day off to help finalize purchase and get me rolling on the road. learning all the buttons and knobs of new jeep...liking it so far. for cost of the vehicle the only small downside was gas being on E so had to tend to that soon as i drove off the lot. More

Great Buying Experience! Found this dealership just by doing some research on the internet but given that I had other dealerships closer to home, I originally wrote it off. M Found this dealership just by doing some research on the internet but given that I had other dealerships closer to home, I originally wrote it off. My wife and I were passing through the Naperville area and thought we'd just stop in to check out a car that was "on the list". Footnote: been married 25 years and this is the first time my wife participated in the shopping/buying experience. Our interaction with Jim (aka "Ski") was outstanding. No pressure tactics, EXTREMELY patient, knowledgable and just a personable individual all-around. Great experience with Dave too in handling all the paperwork etc. This was the smoothest car purchase experience I've ever had. Would highly recommend. More

Great All Around Experience We started our research at the Naperville CDJR website and exchanged a handful of emails with Chris Olson. He was professional, courteous, and extrem We started our research at the Naperville CDJR website and exchanged a handful of emails with Chris Olson. He was professional, courteous, and extremely responsive. After talking with several dealerships throughout the western suburbs, we decided to make Naperville CDJR our first stop based on their expansive inventory and the initial treatment we received. When we arrived in person, the Grand Caravan RT that we were most interested in was already pulled out front and ready for us to look at and test drive. Chris and Dale were an excellent team and made sure all of our questions were answered about the vehicle, pricing, and financing. Dale went the extra mile for us, lining up a couple Grand Caravan RTs in a line so my wife could see various colored vans next to each other for the final decision. Neither Chris or Dale applied any pressure as we began to negotiate . . . and the negotiation was a breeze as Chris provided nearly everything we needed to know in the emails that we exchanged prior to our actual visit. As we transitioned to Dave's office to complete all of the paperwork, we were greeted by several friendly employees and were made to feel very welcome. The paperwork process was a breeze - Dave was a total pro - and we had everything wrapped up quickly. Again, no pressure was applied for warranties, insurance, or any of those extras. We discussed a few of them, but the conversation was an easy one, and we felt very comfortable making the decision that we thought was best for us. After finishing the paperwork, both Chris and Dale were there to congratulate us, and Chris walked us through some of the van's features, showed us the meticulous service area, and sent us on our way. The entire experience was a great one, and we recommend Naperville CDJR to anyone looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram. Ask for Chris or Dale . . . tell them the Nick family sent you! More

My Husband was traveling on business, and sent me into to "Look" at the Jeeps for your One Day Private Sale held on Wednesday, March 19th. The lease on our Cadillac was up in July, and the timing was good, s "Look" at the Jeeps for your One Day Private Sale held on Wednesday, March 19th. The lease on our Cadillac was up in July, and the timing was good, since we were going to start looking at new cars. Dale Gorski greeted me when I got there and asked, "What brought me in to Jeep?" As I explained, and he gathered information, he showed me a floor model of the Jeep Overland, which was the vehicle I was interested in. Mr. Gorski, took his time, and as a women going into a dealership, I appreciated that, especially since my husband wasn't along. I never felt pressured. I was then introduced to Dave Pickell, who gave me some numbers, and was please with what he was offering. Later when we came to pick up the Jeep, we met Mike Hopp, He went over the Jeep thoroughly, and took his time to answer questions. When we got home, we had a few more questions, and Mike Hopp returned our call and answered our questions. Long story short our experience was exceptional. We purchased a 1998 Jeep from you and still have it, which our daughter is now driving at college. It's too is a great vehicle. Let me say this... "I am Happy to be back in a Jeep!!' More
