Dave Foland and Chris Olson were very receptive to answering quesions by phone we had after reviewing the cars on the website. When we arrived to look at cars, both were friendly, helpful, knowledgea answering quesions by phone we had after reviewing the cars on the website. When we arrived to look at cars, both were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and great to work with. There were several cars available in our price range on the lot. We were encouraged to test drive several cars. We were not pushed while looking at cars. Overall, a good experience. The website is great also. It provides alot of detail and is kept up to date. More

Chris was a not only a breath...but a gust...of fresh air. My husband and I had been working with another dealer for 2 months. We wanted a specific optioned Jeep and Gurnee Jeep kept telling us it's co air. My husband and I had been working with another dealer for 2 months. We wanted a specific optioned Jeep and Gurnee Jeep kept telling us it's coming, it's ordered, blah, blah, blah. I contacted Chris on the phone Friday morning and by 9PM Friday night we were 2 happy customers driving home in the exact car that we wanted. Chris showed us the 2 cars on the lot that fit the description of what we wanted. He brought them to the front of the dealership; they were right under the bright lights side by side. He was informative, patient and actually seemed to enjoy his job. It was a Friday night and he's a young man but he stayed with us outside showing us some of the gadgets even though the dealership was closed. He didn't try to rush us so he could get going and start his weekend. He even called a couple days later to follow up on some running boards that my husband asked about. He was professional, genuine and fun. He made the 2 hour drive well worth it. Dave Pickell had the more tedious job of going over the financing with us. He had everything well organized so it went quickly so we could enjoy our new car. However, he was very thorough and readily answered any of our questions. Cars are getting to be a bigger and bigger investment. Chris and Dave seem to appreciate this and be as helpful and informative as possible. I would highly recommend them to any potential buyers. More

Car buying is what it is. However, we found sales/finance mgr Dave P friendly, quick and professional with the paperwork magic. Salesman knowledgeable on vehicle. Our complaint is with the vehicle delivery portion of the process. New $50,000 truck was washed, but still had blue grease marker on it. Since it was spontaneous afternoon purchase, our trade was full of our stuff and we transfer belongings out in the freezing rain. We (and they) had no trash bags or can liners and it was a mistake for them not to invite us in to the (empty) service bay to do this in a more comfortable manner. Two salesmen just stood behind us shivering and monitoring our "taking" of things from one truck to the other. No one had a blade to take off our city sticker and it was too cold to bother anyway. We have bought a zillon cars...and this was the first time the trade-in flotsam was not packed up by a service valet, with us just verifying everything was out. These simple things took the experience rating from Great to Ok. And we would hesitate to take the truck for service there (since there are closer dealers to home) and delivery experience usually reflects the quality of the service dept. We also made an extra trip several days later to drop off the spare key set from the trade and "The Desk Guys" (why are they sitting at a reception bar anyway?) were not friendly....actually less-than-courteous....leaving a final 'ICK' impression of this dealership. They have moved into their fancy new digs, but they haven't polished up their customer service, and it shows. More

Chris was very well informed about the Jeep Grand Cherokee we were considering. He took us through the vehicle very thoroughly with no rush, and was great about taking any and all questions. My experience at this dealership was awful. I had been emailing the internet sales person on a listing. I had picked out a 2012 Patriot that had all the options I was looking for and the sales person gave emailing the internet sales person on a listing. I had picked out a 2012 Patriot that had all the options I was looking for and the sales person gave me a price. This was easy, I thought. When my wife and I went in to purchase the sales person took us to a 2011 Patriot with no options and told us that was the vehicle we were quoted. I showed him the emails and the website listing. He then said it was a mistake and tried to sell us a 2012 for $6k more than agreed. We spoke to the Sales Mgr who basically said it was not his problem. He dare us to show him the listing on their website and low and behold they changed it once we complained to the sales person. Long story short, I will never do business with these hacks. More

Just purchased my 3rd Grand Cherokee from Naperville Jeep. I always do my homework before negotiating price and this dealership has thus far been competitive. Chris Olson has been been knowledgable and helpful, not pushy nor over-stating his products. The Sales Manager Dave Pickell was actually fun to work with. He was a former math teacher and was able to (rather have the patience to) show me counter-intuitive financing options that will save me a bundle. My last Grand Cherokee was rear-ended and I've been pleased with the quality of work and efficiency of their body shop. Service wise, Dominick has always been helpful explaining the service work as well as options. In all I would say this is a very professional group. More

One thing we truly hate about car dealerships is the waiting for prices and going back and forth a hundred times haggling - this was not the case - so we appreciated the fact that they also valued our time as well as theirs and didn't make us just sit around forever. Other dealerships should take note of this! Thanks again, it was truly a pleasure! More

Its ok... Don't let the reviews fool you on this web page. They are all days apart from echother sometimes many on the same day. Thats just not probable especially on a page like this. Take it how you want the Sales people are sales people. If you go in looking at cars believe me they come out like vultures if you walk out in the parking lot. All in all I don't feel like the price was that great but my 2004 Sahara had less the 70k miles on it and was garage kept and babied. BJ is smooth guy that is good at what he does and I bet could get any financing if you need it regardless of your situation. Would I purchase from here again. Probably not. Did I hate the place? No but they really need to work on there people skills. More
