Unfortunately, my experience with this dealer was not the best. After dropping off my car and being assured that it would be ready by the end of the day I received the call 3 PM letting me know that my routi best. After dropping off my car and being assured that it would be ready by the end of the day I received the call 3 PM letting me know that my routine service and recall would not be completed and asking if it was possible to have my car stay the night and be picked up in the morning. After expressing my need for the car so that I could go to work, they indicated that it is possible that one of the recalls might be able to be completed and that I would just have to bring it back. At 5:45 I received a call saying that one recall was completed, and the regular maintenance have been done. Before arrival I asked if I could pay using Apple Pay and they assured me that I could. Once I arrived, the people at the counter had no idea how to use the system, they were extremely unprofessional and it took two people to get the register up so that I could pay using Apple Pay after a significant wait. Looking at my receipt, there is no indication that any of the recalls were completed, there was no sticker placed on my window for my service over. Overall This was a bad customer experience. More

Was first told my service would take 10 minutes to an hour when I called to schedule. When I brought it in for my appointment time k was told everyone was busy and it could take 2 hours and that they wou hour when I called to schedule. When I brought it in for my appointment time k was told everyone was busy and it could take 2 hours and that they would call when it was finished. I did not receive a call notifying me it was done. I had to call myself and check on it 4 hours later just to be told it had been done and sitting there for hours. Your service person told me he had been at lunch and no one else made a call. How lazy is everyone to where they couldn’t make a courtesy phone call notifying me it was done when it was done. Not me having to wait and call myself. Very poor service. Will not be bringing my car here again. More
