I think I'm going to keep my Mouth Shut for a couple Days and Then I'm going to Start Talking about The Management Up There and The Thing My Husband Had Been promised and has Yet to even receive and it's been well over 3 months and he's still waiting for the Money and if he has to wait much longer I will be coming up there and I will be Raising xxxx you can bet your Arse... I'm tired and Pissed about the way Management treat's Their Staff!!!! If it weren't for their Customers like Myself they would be S.O.L. with making a xxxx Dime and No I will not be Rewriting My Review ever again so Do Me A Favor and Please Don't Bother ever Calling Me Again because I will Block You Permanently!!!

I have to say that when they Offer a Customer $250.00 for sending a potential Buyer in They Don't Know How To Keep Their Word.. My Spouse bought a New Truck and I went to look and I Bought a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and He has yet to receive the Money he was Promised and I filled out the Paperwork w/Address on it!!

I'm still waiting for my Money that I was told I would receive for sending My Spouse in and She purchased a New/Used Car with 4600 miles on it and I purchased a New Truck with less than 50 miles on it and I have been waiting for well over 3 months so what seems to be the Problem? Jayden is the Young Man who Sold us both Vehicles I have nothing to say about him he was Awesome at his Job I just Wish The Management could be like Him. Polite, Courteous and He Actually Cared about the People He Was Trying To Sell A Vehicle To!!!!

My wife bought a car (nissa versa) from Rountree for on

I called the GM and he said they would swap it out (by law he didnt have to). After being shown other available cars we chose a ford focus, but when it came time to sign the papers, Aaron swithed to "we'll start the deal over". That was not what we discussed and I asked him specific questions about how swaps work. He initially told me that it was just a paper change. He is not trustworthy. Do not purchase a vehicle from here! Although Steven Jones and Sam Ryan were very helpful, the cars are junk cars and the sales managers Aaron is a vulture. Julien is there to make a buck. We went from purchasing our son a $7000 car to being forced into a $11000 car.
