Purchasing a new 2015 Honda Civic was a pleasant experience. Our experience with DCH Kay Honda was very smooth. We did some "internet shopping" before visiting the dealership, and once there were very pleased that the information about our vehicle, including base price, coincided with the dealership's. Our sales person, David Radice, was extremely helpful in all aspects - answering questions, showing us all the features of the car both during the test drive and after, and coordinating the whole process including registration, insurance and financing. Pat Connelly obtained a great rate for our loan and was also very helpful answering our questions about financing and the Honda warranty features. More

David was diligent, professional, and transparent throughout the process. I will definitely work with David again because he wasn't interested in just making a deal, but making sure that I was 100% happy with my new car. David's assistance did not end when I drove my car off the lot. He went above and beyond by helping me shortly after with an insurance claim when someone hit my new car in a parking lot. I would HIGHLY recommend going to DCH Kay Honda and working with David Radice. More

Great experience! Dave was great to work with! I told him what I was looking for, he showed me all the different options I had, and explained everything to me. He was Dave was great to work with! Wonderful Experience I purchased a car through Dave in 2010 and when we found out we were having twins and needed a larger vehicle, we decided we wanted even though we now I purchased a car through Dave in 2010 and when we found out we were having twins and needed a larger vehicle, we decided we wanted even though we now lived in Maryland that we would rather take the trip and work with him and the dealership again. We called ahead and explained what we wanted and when we got there, he had selections for us. We loved the Honda Odyssey and from test drive to leaving we had a wonderful experience with Dave as well as the finance employee. We would definitely make the trip again if we needed another vehicle. And we ABSOLUTELY love our Honda Odyssey! More
