Pathetic is all I can say. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence. Get everything in writing as their word alone cannot be trusted. We never even met sales person only text me excuse for this level of incompetence. Get everything in writing as their word alone cannot be trusted. We never even met sales person only text messages and phone calls. He requested that I send pictures of our drivers license to his personal cell phone number. I had to request a more secure method. We were unfortunate to get assigned to an unprofessional sales person but the arrogance of the sales manager made it even worse. I felt like I was dealing spoiled, privileged teenagers. We were assured the squeal in the engine would be addressed, it was not. The manager assured us he would meet us to sign papers but he couldn’t be bother. We just took the car and will just pay to have it fixed as I just couldn’t stand the thought of trying to with them any further. We bought the used car for our daughter with the intention of purchasing a new car for myself. We saw the used car while looking at a new Telluride. I’ll would walk before purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. This is not the family friendly place their ads would have you believe. I have used this dealership for many years. There are other Kia dealerships here but this one is top notch in every respect. The Sales and Finance and Service people are very responsive and they are prob other Kia dealerships here but this one is top notch in every respect.
