Buying this vehicle at destination kia was overall a good experience. Damon Luton was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. I wasn’t happy this winter when I got FIVE solicitations to explore a deal of bringing in my lease I overall like Kia thus my 3rd Kia Sportage lease. I wasn’t happy this winter when I got FIVE solicitations to explore a deal of bringing in my lease early. The flier indicated how many payments I had left and the prospective cost of a new lease. I wasted at least an hour discussing with a sales rep in person only to find out there would be no way I’d get the advertised price. When I got the 2nd solicitation I came in again, this time a sales manager told me ‘ I’m having a meeting this weekend about this and may be able to let you have it at the advertised price... I’ll call you next week’ I never got a call. I then got 3 more solicitations . I feel this was deceptive advertising and it began to effect my customer loyalty. More

There was a factory issue with my Telluride that needed to be repaired and repainted. After 2 1/2 months, they brought my vehicle in and claimed to “repair” it but made the issue worse. After being blatant to be repaired and repainted. After 2 1/2 months, they brought my vehicle in and claimed to “repair” it but made the issue worse. After being blatantly lied to by the service department, horrible touch up paint, and complete disregard for the issue my Telluride was sent to the collision center. Fred and Eva promised to take great care of my car. In the mean time, I reached out to Dave regarding my disgust for the issue via phone, email and text with no reply. My vehicle was repainted however, my door panel was gouged, my windshield was scratched terribly and there is over spray on the entire vehicle, including all black mouldings. A new door panel was supposed to be ordered and they were going to address the windshield and over spray when I went back, but I have not heard from the dealership in nearly a month. I have been in contact with Kia Corporate regarding my displeasure and a potential buy back of my vehicle. Each time they reach out to the dealership, they are told by Patrick my issues have been resolved and my vehicle returned. Incorrect. I hope DestinationKia can make right on this as they truly have a wonderful dealership that was highly recommended to us. We have been repeat customers, had great experiences with Sales and Financing and would like to continue working with them for any future purchases. With that said, my vehicle needs to be replaced or returned at this point as every time it has been in for repair, I get it back in worse condition than it started. I spoke with Eva in the collision center today who assured me Dave would reach out to me today to address my concerns. It was my understanding the dealership closes at 4 pm and it is now nearly 6 with no phone call. More

Very happy with my experience. Kenny Lau listened to what I was looking for and found the right vehicle. They also worked with getting the right price for me. Not like some dealers who pick the car the what I was looking for and found the right vehicle. They also worked with getting the right price for me. Not like some dealers who pick the car they want to sell you, whether or not it's what you want. Kenny took the time to be sure that I was happy with the car and to familiarize me with the new technology. More
