Overall good but a few issues arose at the time of the actual purchase. Need to disclose additional warranty coverage earlier in the process not on the day of the purchase. Also assured that the 2022 vehi actual purchase. Need to disclose additional warranty coverage earlier in the process not on the day of the purchase. Also assured that the 2022 vehicle would only be a few hundred dollars more than the 2021 vehicle we test drove. Such was not the case. Transparency, early disclosure and accurate representation need improvement. More

This dealership went out their way to right wrongs that happened with customer service. They were able to deliver in the end. I am not quite sure why they assigned the sales person who I had issues with to happened with customer service. They were able to deliver in the end. I am not quite sure why they assigned the sales person who I had issues with to me to do the final paperwork. It’s wasn’t wise and was awkward. But other than that, Destination made every effort to create a positive experience. More
