From the get go I was impressed with Dave’s professionalism and enthusiasm. He didn’t just pull up the vehicle for our test drive he ensured the heat and defrost, etc were running and warmed it up for us. He also took time to run through the features of this off brand vehicle. The fact he did his homework on those features was impressive to me. Overall extremely happy with him as a salesperson. I was also happy with Hana and the internet sales department as they were persistent and reminding me to keep them in mind as we looked around whether it was for a new or used Hyundai or off brand.
