Dave Sambad is NOT an asset to your team. Cory was terrific and as I walked from his desk to the finance office, I wondered why do car dealerships get a bad rap. Dave Sambad is the reason why Cory was terrific and as I walked from his desk to the finance office, I wondered why do car dealerships get a bad rap. Dave Sambad is the reason why. Twenty minutes into his spiel about warranties, I requested that we pause so I could get some food in me. I was out of rocket fuel, having been at the dealership for nearly 3 hours. THREE times I had to repeat myself to Dave before he finally stopped. Ironically he said, "we don't want to apply any pressure." which was exactly what he was doing. I walked out of the dealership angry. My anger is still palatable now. He is enough to turn most people away. The only reason I returned was because of Cory and later Mike as well as the fact that you had $2500 deposit from me. Dave sucked the joy right out of buying a new car which is not an every day occurrence for me. I don't appreciate his disrespect or his style of salesmanship. Given his bad behavior, I was surprised that Honda wouldn't sweeten the deal with a tow hitch. Cory was perfect. He was transparent (not a slick salesperson), polite, clear-speaking and very helpful. He used the down time to explain the computer and set up my blue tooth. He deserves praise for abilities. Mike was empathetic and did his best to ease my anger as best he could. I would appreciate hearing from Ozzie or the owner of the dealership as to how you will coach/teach/give feedback to Dave Sambad. He clearly thinks he has his job nailed. Wrong. Ken Kerstom, Brian Chock, Jesse Baseball and Bruce Ehrlicher and Gary Silva (Used Car Managers) were very helpful and great to deal with! I would recommend my friends and family consider buying a car from Manly Honda! The only negative was dealing with Dave Sambad, he filled out the contract while my wife and I were in his office. Truly Life Changing I can't even begin to describe my amazing experience at Manly Honda this past week. I have been in the market for a new car for nearly 5 years now, bu I can't even begin to describe my amazing experience at Manly Honda this past week. I have been in the market for a new car for nearly 5 years now, but never seemed to have the credit in order to do so. I was researching ways to rebuild my credit and apply for an auto loan on the internet and after being denied and turned down countless times, I received information from Ray and "Hawaiian" Mike asking me to come in if I wanted to get into a new vehicle. These two went above and beyond and spent hours working with at least a dozen banks and countless cars in order to find an appropriate option that could work with my soiled credit. However, ANYONE could have probably sold me a car but no one could do what Ray did next. Throughout the process of finding a bank, he explained to me why my credit looked so poor and was truly engaged wanting to help me rebuild it. He told me about different options to lower my student loans, have negative marks on my credit history erased, overall rebuilding my financial future before my eyes. I would have expected showing up at a dealership to drive away in a newer car, but what I didn't expect was the genuine hospitality that these two displayed. NEVER did I think a car "salesman" would really CARE, and they did just that, they cared. Because of these two, I left Manly Honda Santa Rosa in not only a new car, but with the knowledge and capability of how to rebuild my financial situation. I am now in the process of turning my poor credit score (below 500) into a great credit score (hopefully 700+) and it is largely because of these to car "salesman." I can't even begin to thank these guys and their entire team for changing my life. I WILL be back.... Thank you More

Quick replacement We were looking to quickly replace our 2011 Toyota Sienna that was totaled in a rear end collision. After looking at several cars(Toyotas and Hondas) We were looking to quickly replace our 2011 Toyota Sienna that was totaled in a rear end collision. After looking at several cars(Toyotas and Hondas) in Santa Rosa and Petaluma, we narrowed our list down to 2 cars either of which we would have been very happy with. We chose to purchase a Honda Odyssey Touring from Manly primarily because of Rolando's professionalism and courtesy. He even came in from home one morning, not his scheduled time to work, to show us the van once again. We didn't feel any pressure to make a decision and he was very helpful answering all of our questions. Rolando turned us over to Dave in the finance department and he quickly got us through all of the financing process. He was also very professional and explained all of our options for financing and warranties. We defiantly will return to Manly for a future purchase and will highly recommend this dealership to our friends. More
