I loved Ed Martin Honda. It’s not high pressure or stressful environment. It’s a relaxed setting with real people. No arrogant salesmen or finance people trying squeeze every dime out of you that they stressful environment. It’s a relaxed setting with real people. I bought a 2019 Honda Cuvic Si. It’s not what I went looking for but it was red and black and fun to drive (I’d been driving minivans for 14 years). My oil change people alerted me to some damage to som looking for but it was red and black and fun to drive (I’d been driving minivans for 14 years). My oil change people alerted me to some damage to some shields underneath the car. So I took it back to Ed Martin and told them they must have missed the damage and I would like it fixed. The service advisor told me they couldn’t fix it under the warranty. I wasn’t happy. I got in touch with Dave Sonneman, the general manager and explained everything to him. He immediately saw things my way and had the repairs taken care of quickly While the overall experience wasn’t perfect, Dave saved it. Dave still gets what customer service is about while others haven’t a clue anymore. i would definitely go back to Ed Martin for another vehicle. Thanks Dave. More

AJ listened to the monthly payment amount and loan term I wanted, and quickly placed me with a competitive financing offer. Awesome dealership wouldn't deal with anybody else but Ed Martin. Like Ronald Hammer my sales rep he's easy to get along with, not pushy like talking to family. Good feedback from Shelly for future customers I told them I was going to finance my car through my credit union. They said they could beat my credit union interest rate. They ran credit apps throu I told them I was going to finance my car through my credit union. They said they could beat my credit union interest rate. They ran credit apps through 6 banks. Now I have 6 hard inquiries on my credit report. I did not give them permission to run six credit apps. I’ll never buy from them again. The managers are responsible for not instructing the finance personnel to inform the customer that a hard inquiry will be added to their credit report for each credit app they run. The salesman said that because the credit apps were for the car on the same day, they would count as 1 inquiry. That is NOT the case. Now I have 6 hard inquiries on my credit report for 2 YEARS! Use your credit union, its not worth the problems. Not sure who the manager was, but none of them returned my calls about the 6 hard inquiries on my credit report. I'm still waiting for them to say they will correct this for EVERYONE! More
