I received excellent customer service from Don and the Carmen Group when I traded my Jeep Compass for a Dodge Challenger. The paperwork process was completed expeditiously. I received excellent customer service and they went above and beyond by installing a sunroof and wheel locks on the new vehicle at no cost to me. The service was completed quickly. I came down from Lancaster, PA to visit the dealership after talking to Dave on the phone. I was looking for a "loaded" Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn in cherry red, which they had. I had been to my local de after talking to Dave on the phone. I was looking for a "loaded" Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn in cherry red, which they had. I had been to my local dealership who had a demo (same model) in black that they had for sale. After finding the cherry red one via Dodge's website, I called my local dealer and told them that I wanted the cherry red one. They told me they could do it, but I would not be able to get a very good deal. I then suggested that they were implying it would be better for me to drive to DE in person to get the deal done personally, and they told me I would have no success. Well, much to my satisfaction, they were wrong. I bought the vehicle that same night and drove home at 10:45pm after getting an excellent price for the truck as well as a very reasonable offer for my trade-in. I appreciate all the personnel at Carman that stayed late just to help me out. I would definitely buy there again, despite the "inconvenience" of driving 49 miles or so. Thanks again, everyone. By the way, the price I paid for the cherry red one with 41 miles on it was over $1000 less than the price for the black demo with 3100+ miles on it, and I absoltely love the truck, as does my wife, who is not a big truck fan. More

I live approximately 10 miles from a Dodge dealership in Smyrna. I traveled to New Castle to do business with Dave because he always treats me right and gets me the best possible deal. We were referred to Carman Jeep by a co-worker of mine who highly reccommended them because she didn't feel like she was dealing with "car-salesmen" when she bought her Jeep. To be honest, when we first arrived I was not impressed with the man who approached my husband and I as we were looking to replace our lease that was about to expire. We told him our price range and he was not very kind when he realized we were sticking to budget. We told the manager that we were not happy with his attitude and that we were leaving and they pulled out all the stops to get us to stay, so glad we did! We worked with Dave and he was great! He listened to our concerns and needs and showed us every Jeep that was a fit to what we wanted. We left that night with our new Jeep and settled on our monthly payment for our lease. We got a call a couple of days later that they were able to lower our monthly payment by about $20 per month because they did more research and found more rebates that we were eligible for. We are very happy with how the deal ended up. I would reccommend Dave Steller to anyone who wants to deal with a fair, family oriented, funny guy. Felt like I was car shopping with my father. More

I don't think I was ever in a dealership for such a short period of time to get a deal done. On day of delivery had all the paper work signed and had all the features of the truck explained in less than an period of time to get a deal done.
