I have been with the BMW for about 18 years continually. This is not a job I do on my way to something else in life. I truly care that you have good information to make the best decision for you and your family. Personally, I ride a motorcycle (a BMW of course), a dog guy (I have a Giant Schnauzer, German Shepherd Dog and a Chihuahua Mix) and if you get me talking about them you will have to force me to stop. David was a wealth of knowledge and was also very patient answering my questions. He was a great help and his jovial, pleasant manner made my experience stress-free. No high pressure -- which was greatly appreciated. David also provided a very thorough "walk-through" of the 430 that pointed out all of the features of the vehicle. Allen Kim made the financing part of the purchase similarly easy to deal with. All-in-all, The staff of BMW Silver Spring provided outstanding customer service! More

He gave clear answers to all my inquiries from the get-go, including pricing, without any of the usual car buying games. Being limited for time, I got the needed information from him through email without having to go in, and when it was time to pick up the car, he got me in and out at a record pace. Nothing But the Best My parents have known Dave Strassman for over 20 years and have worked with him on more than one of their car purchases. When I was ready to buy my ow My parents have known Dave Strassman for over 20 years and have worked with him on more than one of their car purchases. When I was ready to buy my own BMW, I went to BMW of Silver Spring to work specifically with Dave. He broke down and priced every model I was interested in but then did something no other salesman has ever done. Since he’s known my family, I asked him to be open and honest with me and shared some of my immediate and future financial goals with him. He helped me decide AGAINST another impulse purchase and actually looked out for my greatest interest rather than his commission. He really helped me think everything threw, giving me option after option to satisfy my craving for performance while still putting me into a reasonably priced and more practical car. I finally ended up at the new X3 M40i and I couldnt be happier with his guidance and my choice. I had a huge amount of respect for him before but now, having worked with him personally, won’t go to ANY other salesman for a BMW. More
