All my experiences at BMW of Silver Spring have been exceedingly positive, from sales to service. Miguel Mendez (and Dave Strassman) are especially stellar sources of information, assistance and professionalism. Miguel Mendez was remarkable in his hard & quick work in getting my car ready in a short time frame. His efficiency and that of the finance department (Allen Kim) were top notch. After racing over to meet my schedule on a snowy day, he hustled to get the work done in an impressively efficient, focused, and friendly manner. In addition to his terrific job in performing the standard functions of selling a vehicle, he helped troubleshoot to unfreeze my credit score reports, dug my new X3 out of the snow himself, bringing it in and cleaning it up, and made it look easy getting my license plates off & on quickly in 10 degree weather. I doubt it was. Thank you BMW of Silver Spring for demonstrating reliable excellent customer service over my 8 years with the dealership - from the staff who greet us when we enter to those who sell the cars and service our vehicles. More

This is our second time dealing with David Strassman and once again it was a pleasant, easy, and efficient experience. He took the time to show all the new features of the 530 and what was new compared to the 528. I took a test drive and then we sat down to work out the numbers. That is normally the most unpleasant part of getting a car, but not with David. It did not take long to get to a fair number without a lot of hassle or several "let me check with the boss" exchanges. :-) I recommend seeking David out if you are looking for a lease or purchase. More

When Dave Strassman left that location, my husband wanted me to follow Dave but I thought it was too inconvenient. This most recent time I decided I needed a change and went to find Dave at BMW Silver Spring. What a breath of fresh air. I hate the process of buying/leasing. Dave made it pleasant. Even on one of the busiest days of the year, he found a way to make all his customers happy. His car genius, Chris, was wonderfully patient and knowledge. I will be back, and I will continue to recommend Dave. More

Dave takes away the pain that often comes with purchasing/leasing a car by making it an actually fun experience. He is honest, trustworthy, and relaxed. The last two cars took about 20 minutes each for me to figure out (well to have Dave listen to my needs and make suggestions) and pick out the perfect car for me. It was almost like I was going to the doctor - I told him my needs - he wrote a prescription for the right car...and it cured all! All joking aside, I have recommended several of my friends to Dave - most came from the Bethesda/Rockville area - and they all had wonderful things to say. There is no BS when talking to Dave - he will not steer you wrong (pardon the expression). I will continue to use Dave for my new car needs and recommend him to all I know. Michael B. More
