When I was ready to buy my own BMW, I went to BMW of Silver Spring to work specifically with Dave. He broke down and priced every model I was interested in but then did something no other salesman has ever done. Since he’s known my family, I asked him to be open and honest with me and shared some of my immediate and future financial goals with him. He helped me decide AGAINST another impulse purchase and actually looked out for my greatest interest rather than his commission. He really helped me think everything threw, giving me option after option to satisfy my craving for performance while still putting me into a reasonably priced and more practical car. I finally ended up at the new X3 M40i and I couldnt be happier with his guidance and my choice. I had a huge amount of respect for him before but now, having worked with him personally, won’t go to ANY other salesman for a BMW. More

Pleasant Buying Experience I spoke to Eric on the phone about the car we were interested in purchasing. He was able to answer all of my questions honestly and we set an appoint I spoke to Eric on the phone about the car we were interested in purchasing. He was able to answer all of my questions honestly and we set an appointment to meet him and see that car that evening. Upon arrival we were greeted and offered a beverage and then shown the car which had been cleaned, prepped and was ready for inspection and a test drive. The car was exactly as described and we were happy to move forward with the purchase. As Eric is a relatively new salesman, we were assisted by a colleague (Dave) and the entire process was very smooth. We paid the price we wanted and were not pressured and the dealership didn't try to hit us with bogus fees. All-in-all we spent no more than 10 minutes in the F&I office signing papers and paying for the car. We would absolutely do business with them again and recommend them to our friends. More

Dave is the most dedicated and dependable salesperson I've ever worked with. He made my lease experience easy and fast, saving me a lot of time by being available via phone and email. He's super responsive and goes out of his way to make clients happy. When I came to pick up my shiny new X1 it was perfectly detailed and waiting for me. Dave took the time to show me how all the features worked and was patient with my endless questions such as "what does this button do?"
