Above and Beyond!!! Far exceeded our expectations!!!! My husband and I had no intention of buying another vehicle. We had been looking at trucks but I had a Honda Accord that I was perfectly happy with. My husband and I had no intention of buying another vehicle. We had been looking at trucks but I had a Honda Accord that I was perfectly happy with. I hadn't had a car payment in over 2 year. My Honda was in perfect condition and the only thing I ever had to replace was the brakes, a headlight and a battery. However, we travel as often as we can and we tow our motorcycles. We were greeted by a very friendly Dave Tackett who turned out to be our Sales Professional. My husband had heard about a special they were having on Dodge Ram Big Horns. Dave brought us a set of keys out right away we went for a test drive. We came back and I thanked Dave for his time and I told him it would take a really special truck for me to get rid of my Honda. Dave smiled and said I think I have just the truck. Sure enough, we got in it and I fell in love with my 2014 Dodge Ram Outdoorsman. Dave showed us the binder with all the vehicles information (great resource, we loved having all the information in one place). Dave was never pushy, he was kind and extremely knowledgeable about this truck. Before we knew it we were sitting with Dave and Phil Butler who completed our financing. This was the best car buying experience I had ever had. Phil even called me the next day to let me know he found a lower interest rate for me. We came in on Saturday to sign the paperwork and told them we noticed a light out on the drivers side door. They replaced both lights on both doors for us. The customer service is fantastic and I will tell anyone and everyone to visit them the next time they are in need of a vehicle. Thank you Dave and Phil for making our experience such a positive one. More

I have been shopping for a vehicle for a couple of months and Dave and Bob in Finance were by far the most knowledgeable and friendly! Bob got me a great deal on financing and also was able to get an warranty for my target monthly payment. He even helped me get my old car for a trade-in even tho I owed more than what it was worth. I went out of there so happy with my purchase. I would recommend them highly. Over the last few months I have been to several dealerships all over the area even in Cincinnati. Dave took all of my information over the phone and in less than an hour I had financing and a new car. I walked into the dealership and the van was sitting there waiting for me. It took longer to print out all the forms I had to sign than it did to buy the car. My 2010 Chrysler Town & Country drives like a dream! More

Did everything I asked them too do. My wife at first wanted a Ford. I asked 3 different dealer to give me prices on what she wanted ,color and options. 2 of the three wanted me to pick o My wife at first wanted a Ford. I asked 3 different dealer to give me prices on what she wanted ,color and options. 2 of the three wanted me to pick out of their inventory and they would email me back. Not what I asked them to do. Only one did and the car was sold the next day. I came home and my wife had printed out a dodge dart she wanted. Since I work in Xenia and my wife works in Yellow Springs I wanted to get it from Key. I purchase parts from them for Detroit tire where I work. I called and talked to Dave. Told him what she wanted and he said we will get it. The price was $50.00 more but I would have spent that in gas going and getting the car from Dan Hemm. Stopped in after work last Saturday. Talked to Dave and Mike filled out the paperwork. The other dealer told Mike they would dealer trade it to Key on Monday, and out the door I went. Dave called me Monday and said the other dealer wouldn't trade it but he could get what my wife wanted and have it Tuesday or Wednesday. Wednesday came and the car was there, did what I asked. They got the car my wife wanted. Joey delivered the car when we got there. Explained everything to her and she was very happy. Happy wife happy life, lol. Mark made the f&i part easy my wife understood what we were doing and had no questions. He had the loan and title in my name and had everything else completely ready. I worked as a service manager for 10 years in dealerships. These guys at Key did what I asked and delivered what I wanted. More
