Great Buying Experience I had been searching for Chrysler 200 Convertible for my Mother-in-Law for the last couple of weeks. I found one on Carman's website and stopped by t I had been searching for Chrysler 200 Convertible for my Mother-in-Law for the last couple of weeks. I found one on Carman's website and stopped by to see it in person. I was greeted in the lot by Paul who was very personable and had extensive knowledge of the car. I was impressed on how clean and good shape the car was in but I unfortunately forgot my license so Paul agreed to take me for a ride in the car. After the test drive, Paul introduced me to Dave T who thanked me for stopping in and told me to let him know if there was anything I needed and to let him know what I felt was a fair number for the car. I left the dealership can discussed the car with my Mother-in-Law and she was definitely interested. I emailed Paul that evening with what I felt was a fair number and to my surprise he emailed me back that they acccepted my offer. Three days later, I took my Mother-in-Law to the dealership to see the car and she fell in love. She took it for a test drive, came back and signed the papers and was on her way. I would definitely recommend Carman and would definitely recommend dealing with Paul and Dave. Thanks guys for all of your help! More

I told Paul I wasn't looking to buy that day, and he was alright with that, there was never any pressure to get me into a car that moment, as I wasn't ready and I really enjoyed that. When I came back a week later Paul remembered a lot about me, made sure I understood every feature the car had and was very nice to work with. I was in the market looking for a mid size SUV and had finally settled on the 2014 Jeep Cherokee. It was a pleasant experience overall. I visited this dealer twice before making a decision. Brandon Hefner took me for a drive the first time and patiently explained to me about the vehicle and options. My second visit was with Bennett Merritt where I finally made the sale. Bennett was very patient, friendly and even called the Uconnect team to check on some questions I had.Bob Weiss gave me a good price on the vehicle, and even helped me out with a good rate on my APR. The sales process was quick, with all the paperwork being taken care of by the dealership. After a couple of days I had an issue with the A/C system, which had an improper charge from the factory. Chris was extremely courteous, helpful and solved the issue within a couple of hours.
