On the day after purchase I noticed a small blemish on my new CR-V, which the dealership offered to repair immediately or at some point in the future, along with a two year free oil change deal. I excepted the oil change offer. I understand that sometimes these kinds of things happen and everyone involved has done everything they can to make things right by me. It just isn't the way I hoped to start a new long term association with the dealership. More
