Family of Angels Sent from Heaven I would give them an "infinity of excellence" rating if they offered the choice above just 5 star meaning "excellent". We have not only bought new I would give them an "infinity of excellence" rating if they offered the choice above just 5 star meaning "excellent". We have not only bought new Jeeps here, but have them all serviced here and when accidents have occurred like the time my jeep was mangled due to hitting a deer - they took great care of me from beginning to end. Their body shop rebuilt my jeep as though she were brand new, matching her color from 2012 (that had been discontinued) to the tee!. She came out looking like a brand new car off the lot. I would like to mention the entire staff, but a few recent names I will highlight today are: Service Men David Zarzyoki, Andrew McCafferty, Shann Thomas, Big Bosses' Mom, another gentlemen, Kenny, receptionists' Doreen & Alyssa. As you read this review, Big Boss of David Dodge Chrysler Jeep, please go to your very own service computer to the "Burtch, Steven and Kathryn File to also recognize each and every employee who has ever helped us with service there over the many years we've been there. David Dodge Chrysler Jeep has treated us like "royalty" like "family". Never once has there been a rude, employee over the many long years we've dealt with them. They provide service with a smile, even to the nasty customers, (I've taken note), they are most pleasant, efficient, their estimate of timing for the work to be done has always been on time. If it hasn't, the odd time it is due to unforeseen extra problems that they see once they begin their work and they will always notify you of any change in estimate or timing before the go ahead and continue the work. Excellent Service! First time into David Dodge for service. From the moment I called for service till the time I picked up my RAM it was a great experience. David in the service department took time to listen to the problem and took care of it without issue. The truck was completed ahead of time and David called to say it was complete. I also had a nice conversation with Bob Weibe from sales as I was waiting for my vehicle. Very friendly staff. Good job guys! More

All of your people are wonderful, from the person who greets you at the service door to the guys and gals behind the service counter. There are three employees who stand out, though, as individuals who greets you at the service door to the guys and gals behind the service counter. There are three employees who stand out, though, as individuals who provide consistent kindness, consideration, and attention to the customer. Dave Zarzycki is one of these people. He is excellent. He is quicjk and efficient, and manages to get the job done while he maintains a positive, caring attitude that makes you feel like you count, and you are a member of the family. Andrew McCafferty is another outstanding employee. He is friendly, works hard for the customer, and is not afraid to answer questions or hunt down answers or solutions to problems. He and Dave have taken care of me. They are always there when I bring in one of my 4 Chryslers or Dodges (purchased right there at David Dodge) in for service. At the payment counter, Robin Mericle has a sense of humor that makes paying the bill a pleasant experience. She is a caring customer-centered person, obviously one who cares not only about the customer, but the image of the dealer. Thank you for having such a great staff. Not counting the quality of your product, Dodge and Chrysler/Jeep have a quality staff that makes visiting, either to buy or repair an auto, a great experience. More

Whenever I bring my car in for routine maintenance, my appointment time is honored and the service takes place with great alacrity.
