The battery in my Jeep Compass had died twice and called the Service that I would be bringing directly to be serviced. Within a few minutes Dave explained both batteries needed replaced. The replacements could be done then (so thankful), but was no longer under warranty. An 1 1/2 hours the repair was done and Dave made a call to Mopar and was able to get the cost reduced. I was so happy to hear that he took the initiative to get a better price, on top of the quick service! More
